Mrboothe Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value your trust and aim to provide a transparent and fair refund policy for all Mrboothe bookings. Please read the following terms carefully before confirming your reservation.

Legal Disclaimer

Mrboothe is a trading brand of Prestige Visions Services Ltd, operating in affiliation with Selfie Connoisseur Ltd. This refund policy is governed by applicable UK consumer protection laws. By booking with Mrboothe, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation:

    • More than 30 days before event: Full refund minus a £50 administrative fee.

    • 15–30 days before event: 50% refund of the total booking fee.

    • Less than 15 days before event: No refund. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

  • Cancellation by Mrboothe:

    • If we are unable to fulfill your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

  • Technical Issues During Event:

    • If the photo booth fails to operate for more than 50% of the booked time due to technical faults attributable to Mrboothe, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be considered.

Rescheduling Terms

  • One free rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 14 days before the event.

  • Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Deposits, unless Mrboothe cancels the booking.

  • Custom add-ons such as branded props, custom backdrops, or printed materials once production has begun.

  • Dissatisfaction due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., venue lighting, guest behavior).

To initiate a refund request, please contact us via email:

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
